Have power over your body: In soccer, to be in command of your body is vital. When the player is in command of his body in the middle of the field while handling the ball, he is an advantage over the opponent as well as the situation. Again, make the players stand in a circle but this time with their backs to the center. Select a player and instruct him to stand in the middle of the center.
